Motorbike exhaust manifold
Exhaust manifolds are complex and expensive components to produce; they are composed by many elements with different manufacturing methods. Assembly and weldments represent a high percentage of the general cost.
This component was made by a robotic directed deposition setup; CAM implementation and deposition strategies has been performed in order to produce a uinque thinwall freeeform part.
